Horrible corporate customer service. I just got my replacement visa card. I tried to activate it via the phone number provided and could not talk to a representative nor was there an option to do so. I tried calling the corporate number and the automated message system did not connect once the option was pressed. The three automated message options just kept repeating itself. Very frustrating. That being said, the local bank is great IF you walk in. I don't have time to constantly go to the bank whenever I have a problem. I am to the point of switching banks.

The staff there at the bank are nothing but helpful and have always given me the best service. Justin and Michael are especially attentive as well as all of the tellers. Sometimes the corporate number is not as helpful but I can always get things fixed there locally at the branch, which is how I think the bank is set up to function the best.

Horrible service, ridiculous fines, it takes FORever to reach anyone by phone for assistance or questions. They act like transferring YOUR money is such a hassle and charge you for it every chance they can get. When I asked why I was fined so high for withdrawing for a mower I had been saving for they said it was penalizing me to teach me to manage my money and save better. How? By taking it? No thanks I miss bank of America so bad. That being said, the staff at the local bank is incredibly sweet and do what they can. Marie is the only reason I stayed as long as I have. It makes my day by seeing her.
