Ok, here is a thing: the 2 older guys that work there behind the counter, those 2 gentlemen need an attitude adjustment. Please, stop talking about your private issues in front of customers, also they should advice advice THE BEST SOLUTION to the CUSTOMER! I have never once had them pause to think about an answer to my "Excuse me Sir, what would be the best way to send...". Those 2 guys are HORRIBLE!

You can't complain to anybody but the post master and she is a joke.

I have never called a post office and gotten a live person. This morning that changed. The woman, I forgot to get her name, was very polite and helpful. On another note, I was in a few weeks ago trying to mail a package to my son. The two gentleman at the front desk were polite and very helpful. One even showed me how to save a few dollars on shipping. The couple times I've been in there I've had pleasant experiences.

They should all be charged with tampering with the mail because of how lazy and negligent they are. Delivering 5 packages to 5 different locations all over the city in one day when they all are addressed to one person shows me that the employer isn't doing their job and that they're probably stealing!!

Stick to email, ups or fed ex when it comes to High Springs!!!

All of you need to go back to Hardee's or something a little less important than dealing with someone's mail!!!

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever come across!!

The toll free number is of no help, the local phone number is always busy. So much for customer service. Nobody cares, we're all automated. Gave it the one star only so this would post.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the High Springs post office. The staff is quick and friendly, and has gone above and beyond to help me package my boxes correctly multiple times. I travel a lot on the road, and one of the staff members offered to forward my mail to me once a month to wherever I was because I was constantly changing locations. I know that wasn't in their job description, but they did that for me because they cared! I was surprised to see my neighborhood post office reviewed so poorly, and that's why I felt inspired to share my experience. I have lived in High Springs for four years, and I have never met such a warm and personal staff at any post office.

Thieves!!! Liars!!! It's sad that there are so many people struggling that can't find work that would actually do their job!! Lazy workers do not get out of their vehicles, they deliver mail constantly to my house that isn't even the right address or close.
