Good location for visit to Gainesville or nearby springs, not far from 75. Great breakfast clean pleasant rooms. Quiet, easy parking. Host very nice
Our stay at the Grady house was absolutely wonderful. The room was quaint, clean and a heavenly soft mattress. We got up early to go tubing, and our host made sure we had coffee and a breakfast to go .

Wonderful historic rooms and building! Amazing Garden to walk around in and relaxing on down time. Located right near the Springs for any outdoor activities after a wonderful breakfast meal served by the Grady house.
